Communication is often the straw that breaks the camel's back when it comes to a successful relationship. It's always the little things that break people up, it's never the big things in a relationships. Have you ever sat down to think about why that might be? I did and I concluded that it is because people can cope with the big things because they do not occur during the majority of the time in a relationship, but the little things are re-occurring during the whole relationship. |

What do we know about goals? Some people set one and then never think about it again. In order to achieve a goal there are several steps we need to take. Step 1 What is it that you are thinking about doing? Set the stage, narrow down the possibilities and choose an area of your life that you wish to enhance. Step 2 Set the goal. Decide on a desired outcome that you wish to achieve. Make this fun! go all out with one. You can have any outcome you desire, so what do you want? |

It's a great day to start talking! I have a passion for communication that stems from my childhood, where my friends and family members nicknamed me "JAWS" because my jaws never stopped going..I talked in my sleep..lol. I think that talking is growing, and I can help you grow your connections with family and loved ones by simply teaching you how to relax, listen, and talk more effectively. I have a background in psychology and body work. I know the art of relaxation from a therapeutic standpoint and I understand the art of communication on multiple levels. |

Welcome Friends! The story of us! It brings me great pleasure to share my story with all of you! I love helping families connect with one another on a deeper level. It is my passion to create connections within the family unit in a supportive, non-judgmental way. I am an easy going and down to earth listener who feels that relationships are hard, even when no children are involved. I have built a relationship with my own children based on a consistent foundation of talking to one another from the early years and this way of life for us had evolved over time into a wonderful, open relationship where we can discuss any issue we have with ease and with limited hesitation. |
